You must use the Service responsibly and in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy, its Terms of Service, and applicable law.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service to:

• Analyse individual publicly accessible web pages that you own or have permission to evaluate
• Review automated SEO checks, findings, and recommendations
• Identify potential technical and on-page SEO issues
• Evaluate page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, links, structured data, hreflang, breadcrumbs, and related SEO elements
• Use analysis results for legitimate personal, professional, educational, or business purposes
• Save or report analysis results where doing so is lawful and does not infringe another person's rights

3. Responsibility for submitted URLs

When you submit a URL for analysis, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to request the analysis.

You must not use the Service to circumvent access restrictions, authentication systems, robots or other technical controls, or contractual restrictions applicable to a website.

The Service is designed to analyse individual publicly accessible URLs. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and the websites you submit comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

4. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

• Use the Service for an unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law or regulation
• Infringe another person's copyright, database rights, trade marks, privacy rights, confidentiality, or other rights
• Submit URLs that you do not have appropriate permission to analyse where permission is required
• Attempt to bypass account restrictions, scan limits, rate limits, payment requirements, or other access controls
• Use bots, scripts, headless browsers, automated request loops, scraping systems, or other automated processes to excessively access the Service or reproduce its functionality
• Attempt to discover, access, test, or exploit restricted endpoints, API routes, administrative systems, databases, authentication systems, or other non-public infrastructure
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, disrupt, damage, or degrade the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Circumvent technical controls intended to protect the Service or its users
• Use the Service to distribute malware, malicious code, phishing content, harmful links, or other unlawful material
• Reverse engineer, reproduce, copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the underlying software, algorithms, interfaces, or design of the Service except where expressly permitted by law
• Attempt to obtain paid access without completing the required payment process
• Create or use accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage restrictions

5. Automated and excessive requests

The Service uses technical rate limits and other controls to protect its availability, performance, and security.

Paid access allows you to make unlimited scans using the applicable paid tool during your purchased access period, subject to the Service's technical rate limits and this Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service currently limits requests to a maximum of 5 requests per minute. This is a technical rate limit and is not a limit on the total number of scans you may perform during your paid access period.

You must not use automated scripts, bots, scraping systems, request loops, or other methods to circumvent these controls, generate excessive traffic, reproduce the functionality of the Service, or threaten the stability or security of the Service.

6. Security

You must not attempt to compromise the security of the Service, another user's account, or any system connected to the Service.

This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, testing credentials that do not belong to you, introducing malicious software, exploiting vulnerabilities without authorisation, or interfering with authentication or access-control mechanisms.

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it to sitealyser@outlook.com rather than attempting to exploit or publicly disclose it.

7. Enforcement

Access to the Service may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if it is believed that a user has breached this policy, its Terms of Service, applicable law, or has created a technical, legal, security, or operational risk.

Where appropriate, individual IP addresses, accounts, requests, or other access methods may also be restricted.

8. No guarantee of availability

Technical restrictions may occasionally affect the availability or performance of individual tools. Paid access does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

9. Changes to this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, security requirements, or applicable legal requirements.
