These Terms of Service govern your use of Sitealyser and its SEO analysis tools (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Service.
If you purchase a paid access plan, the purchase is also subject to our Payment & Access Terms and Refund Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, and the Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies.
Sitealyser provides automated SEO analysis tools designed to identify potential technical and on-page SEO issues and provide suggestions or recommendations.

Individual SEO tools may be available without an account or payment, subject to technical restrictions and rate limits.
Free access does not guarantee unlimited availability or unlimited requests.
The On-Page SEO Checker requires you to create an account.
Account registration currently requires an email address and password.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You must not knowingly allow another person to use your account where doing so would circumvent the Service's usage restrictions.
You must confirm the email address associated with your account within 24 hours of starting the registration process.
If you do not confirm your email address within 24 hours, your unconfirmed account will be automatically deleted.
Registered users currently receive three free scans per day using the On-Page SEO Checker.
The daily allowance is subject to the technical rules implemented by the Service and may be changed in the future.
Attempts to create or use multiple accounts to circumvent scan limits may constitute misuse of the Service.
Once your free daily scans have been used, paid access may be purchased for the On-Page SEO Checker.
Paid access provides unlimited scans during the purchased access period, subject to the Service's technical rate limits and Acceptable Use Policy.

Prices and available plans displayed at checkout take precedence over this summary if the Service's pricing changes.
Certain SEO tools may provide a CSV download feature for analysis results. CSV downloads are available only to users who are logged in and have an active paid access plan at the time of download.
Users who are not logged in or who do not have an active paid access plan cannot download CSV files from the Service.
To protect the Service's availability, performance, and security, requests are subject to technical rate limiting.
The Service currently limits requests to a maximum of 5 requests per minute.
This rate limit controls the frequency of requests and does not limit the total number of scans available during an active paid access period.
You must not attempt to bypass or circumvent rate limits or other technical controls.
Paid access plans are fixed-duration purchases.
They do not automatically renew and do not create an ongoing subscription.
Access ends automatically when the purchased access period ends.
If you purchase a new access plan while another paid access period is active, the new plan will be queued rather than starting immediately.
Queued access plans become active automatically after the preceding paid access plans have ended.
Where multiple access plans are queued, they will become active in the order in which they were purchased.
The account page will display active and queued purchases and their applicable access periods.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
You must provide accurate information required to complete your purchase.
A paid access period begins once payment has been successfully processed and the purchase has been recorded by the Service.
I do not store your full payment card details on my systems.
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights when purchasing paid access online.
Where paid access begins during an applicable cancellation period, the checkout process will obtain any express request, consent, or acknowledgement required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms removes or restricts any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
You must use the Service responsibly and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
In particular, you must not:
You may submit individual publicly accessible URLs for analysis.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate right or permission to request analysis of the URL where required.
You must not use the Service to circumvent authentication, access controls, technical restrictions, or other protections applied to third-party websites.
The Service uses automated analysis and cannot guarantee that every SEO issue will be identified.
Results may be affected by factors including:
You should treat results as guidance rather than as a definitive assessment of your website.
Unless otherwise stated, the software, source code, algorithms, user interface, visual design, text, graphics, branding, and other content comprising the Service belong to me or are used under appropriate licence.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its underlying components except where expressly permitted by law or by written permission.
This does not prevent you from using your own analysis results for legitimate personal or business purposes.
I aim to keep the Service available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
I may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue individual tools or features.
Where you have an active paid access period, I will take reasonable steps to respect your contractual and statutory rights if a material change substantially affects the paid service.
I may suspend or terminate an account where I reasonably believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or in a manner that creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
You may delete your account through the account functionality provided by the Service, subject to any applicable technical requirements.
When an account is deleted, account-related personal information will be deleted where appropriate.
Purchase and transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting, legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Historical purchase records may therefore remain after account deletion, although they may no longer be linked to your deleted user account.
The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include providers for authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, security, and other infrastructure.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies.
The Service may analyse websites operated by third parties.
Sitealyser is not responsible for the content, security, availability, legality, or performance of third-party websites.
Analysing a third-party URL does not create any affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or other relationship between Sitealyser and the website owner.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be responsible for losses arising from matters outside my reasonable control or from decisions made using automated analysis or recommendations.
This may include losses relating to search rankings, organic traffic, revenue, business opportunities, website configuration, website downtime, or changes made to a website based on Service recommendations.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
I may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, business practices, or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter rights that have already accrued unless permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in another part of the UK, you may also have mandatory rights under the law applicable to you that cannot be excluded by these terms.
Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
