These Payment & Access Terms apply to purchases of paid access to features provided by Sitealyser (the "Service").
These are fixed-duration access plans. They are not recurring subscriptions and do not automatically renew.
These terms set out the terms that apply to purchases of paid access. They should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
Individual SEO tools on Sitealyser are available free of charge, subject to any applicable technical limits or rate limits.
The On-Page SEO Checker tool requires an account. Registered users currently receive up to three free scans per day using that tool.
Once the available free scans have been used, paid access may be purchased to continue using the On-Page SEO Checker.
Paid access allows you to make unlimited scans using the applicable paid feature during your purchased access period, subject to the Service's technical rate limits and Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service currently limits requests to a maximum of 5 requests per minute. This is a technical rate limit and is not a limit on the total number of scans available during your paid access period.
Certain SEO tools may provide a CSV download feature for analysis results.
CSV downloads are available only to users who are logged in and have an active paid access plan at the time of download.
Users who are not logged in or who do not have an active paid access plan cannot download CSV files from the Service.

The prices and available plans displayed at checkout are the prices and plans applicable to your purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, an access plan provides access for the specified period and then expires automatically.
Paid access normally begins once payment has been successfully processed and the purchase has been recorded in the Service's systems.
The access period is measured from the applicable access start time recorded for the purchase and ends at the corresponding access end time.
If you purchase a new access plan while you already have an active paid access period, the new access plan will be queued and will begin after the preceding access period has ended.
Where multiple access plans are queued, they become active in the order in which they were purchased.
The applicable access period begins when the queued plan becomes active, rather than when the plan was originally purchased.
Payments are processed through Stripe, the Service's third-party payment service provider.
The Service does not store your full payment card number or card security code on its systems.
Stripe may process payment and transaction information in accordance with its own terms and privacy documentation.
The payment amount, currency, and payment status associated with your purchase may be recorded in the Service's systems for account administration, access management, fraud prevention, accounting, customer support, and legal compliance.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, taxes will be handled and displayed in accordance with applicable law and the information presented during checkout.
You will be shown the applicable purchase price before completing your order.
If Stripe or another payment provider declines or cannot process a payment, the corresponding paid access will not be granted unless and until the payment has been successfully completed.
A failed payment does not create a paid access period.
Access plans do not automatically renew.
When your access period ends, you may purchase another plan if you wish to continue using paid features.
There is therefore no recurring subscription payment and no subscription cancellation procedure for these plans.
Where a purchased access plan is not queued behind an existing active access period, access to the applicable paid features is available immediately after successful payment.
Where required by applicable consumer law, the Service will obtain your express request for the service to begin before the end of the applicable cancellation period and provide the required information about the consequences of doing so.
Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.
The Service may change the prices, features, or availability of future access plans.
Any change will not alter the price or access period of a purchase that you have already completed, except where permitted by law or where otherwise agreed with you.
Individual features of the Service may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue.
Where a change materially affects an active paid service, the Service will take reasonable steps to ensure that your statutory rights and contractual rights are respected.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Payment & Access Terms removes or restricts any statutory right to a refund or cancellation that cannot legally be excluded.
